Getting Started

First Time Setup

Your K-PRO is ready to use out of the box. Follow these steps for your first session.

Charge Before First Use
Connect the USB-C cable to the port on the device and plug into any USB adapter. Charge for 2–3 hours until the indicator light turns green. Do not use during the first charge.

Position on Your Knee
Place the wrap around your knee so the LED panel sits directly over the kneecap. The control module should be on the outside of your leg. Works on either knee β€” left or right.

Secure the Velcro Straps
Wrap the velcro straps snugly around your knee β€” firm but not tight. You should feel comfortable sitting or lying down. The wrap should not slide or shift during your session.

Press Power to Start
Hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on. The display will light up. Select your heat level and LED mode. Sit or lie down for 20 minutes.

Button Functions

The K-PRO has three buttons on the control panel. Here's exactly what each one does.

Hold 2 seconds to turn on or off. The device will beep once when powered on. Auto-shuts off after 20 minutes.

Start low and work your way up. Most people settle at Level 3–4 for regular sessions.

Most users notice reduced morning stiffness within the first 7–10 days of consistent daily use. By week 3, many describe meaningful improvement in pain levels. Results vary β€” some feel it sooner, some need 4–5 weeks. Consistency matters more than anything else.
Yes. The K-PRO fits both left and right knees. If you have a 2-pack, you can use both simultaneously. If you have a 1-pack and need both knees treated, do 20 minutes on one knee then swap to the other.
Yes β€” that's exactly how most people use it. The device is fully wireless and cordless. Sit on the couch, lie in bed, or recline in a chair. The only requirement is that your knee is relatively still during the session.
