Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 6–12 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate — actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on all orders. No minimums, no exceptions.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Use this to follow your package in real time. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of your ship date, contact us and we'll look into it.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your ship date, contact us at support@athrx.store. We'll investigate with the carrier and make it right — either by resending your order or issuing a full refund.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@athrx.store within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
